The Еvent Manager is responsible for the overall planning and execution of the project. He or she should have a good understanding of planning, budgeting, marketing and sales.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be in charge of

Develop annual budget, timelines and roll-out processes
Set up and manage the website
Coordinate the project in the awards management software Evalato
Marketing strategy and supervising its execution & progress
Sales strategy and its execution
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and sales campaigns
Manage the PR, promotions and marketing campaigns
Communication with participants, judges, partners and sponsors
Vendor management

To be successful in this role, you shall have

Fluent (near native) English
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional multi-tasking, project management and time management skill
Tech-savvy and quick to learn different tools and platforms like Clickup, Slack, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace etc.
Excellent website management skills (WordPress)
3+ years of experience in awards management, event management, digital marketing, or a similar position
