The role
You will play a key role in building, improving, and maintaining the CRM to support marketing, sales, and customer success operations. This is a senior-level, hands-on role that combines CRM ownership with strategy, automation, and data-driven insights across our operational systems. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align systems and data with company goals.

What you'll do

Take ownership of our HubSpot CRM — managing records, pipelines, properties, workflows, automations, and user access — to support the sales, marketing, and customer success teams effectively.

Oversee data imports/exports and ensure data accuracy and structure.

Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date database through regular audits, enrichment, and structured data practices — supporting reliable reporting and decision-making.

Manage CRM user roles, access levels, and change control processes.

Design, build, and refine workflow automations for lead handling, lifecycle tracking, deal stages, and communications.

Handle system updates and lead change management for new CRM features or processes.

Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date database to support reliable reporting and decision-making.

Create reports and dashboards that give us a clear picture of how we’re performing and highlight opportunities to get better.

Deliver actionable insights to internal teams through ad hoc analyses and department-specific dashboards.

Integrate HubSpot with key third-party tools and platforms. This includes tools like Airtable, Evalato, Google Sheets, and other platforms — often through tools like Zapier or similar automation frameworks.

Identify and reduce manual work across systems by designing scalable, automated processes.

Support and train your teammates so everyone feels confident and empowered when using the CRM.

Work closely with other internal tools and systems to ensure alignment between platforms, data, and business goals.
What you bring

3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM at a power-user or admin level.

Strong skills in data import/export, managing custom properties, segmentation, and maintaining data structure and integrity.

Proven experience building and optimizing HubSpot workflows, lists, and automations for lead and lifecycle management.

Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards.

Experience in data analysis — cleaning, exploring, and interpreting datasets using Google Sheets or similar tools.

Familiarity with integrations using Zapier or similar no-code automation platforms.

Ability to translate business questions into workflows, dashboards, or data solutions that drive decisions.

Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and training skills — you’ll support and guide teammates across departments.

Understanding of marketing and sales analytics (e.g. funnel metrics, conversion rates, CAC, CLTV).

Background in SaaS, marketing operations, or digital growth environments.

Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

By day 30:

You’ll get to know our HubSpot setup inside and out, understand what’s working and what’s not, and start making improvements.

You’ll meet the people you’ll work with most — marketing, business development, and client service teams.
By day 60:

You’ll roll out new automations and dashboards that help teams work easier and more efficiently.

You’ll lead training sessions and help your colleagues get the most out of the CRM.
By day 90:

You’ll be our go-to HubSpot expert, driving CRM strategy and innovation.

You’ll show how your improvements lead to better lead tracking, more accurate reporting, and time-saving automations.

You’ll also play an active role in integrating HubSpot with other systems and planning its future evolution.
