Ines has 15+ years of experience in South-East Europe as Managing director at Strabag Property and Facility Services based in Croatia and two years as HR Manager at STRABAG Construction in Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia. She was responsible for the complete development, organisation and management of new Business Units in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia, Albania and Kosovo. Her main tasks were market entry, organization, recruiting and management of local teams, implementing of corporate strategy and ensuring a high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction at all levels.Since February 2020 Ines is responsible for the Markets of Bulgaria and Croatia in Austrian Business Agency in Vienna, which is a state-owned Agency reporting directly to the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs.
