Galina Grozeva has been involved in career consulting for more than 25 years. She works both with young people on the threshold of important professional choices and with experienced professionals looking for new opportunities for self-realization. She has also taught the "Career Management and Development" course, part of the Master's programs "Management for Organizational Excellence" and "Human Resource Management and Development" at New Bulgarian University.
In 2017 Galina joined the team of Sofia Career Guidance Center, which was established under the project "Career Guidance System in School Education". During the last years she has been training future IT specialists in self-presentation skills, job search skills, and skills for entering the job market. She also trains professionals in various organizations on developing their employer brand and making job openings attractive to current and future employees.In her career counselling work, she emphasizes on exploring a variety of options, making conscious choices and asserting oneself.
In her session, Galina will help you ask the right questions when choosing a profession: what do we look for and what do we find in a job; what is the importance of interests and aptitudes when choosing a career; what is the role of the job market and the environment; is it the first choice of profession for life?
