We conducted a survey among 1095 employees who shared with us to what extent they are satisfied with the working conditions in their company and what would make them change jobs. Here's what we learned.
The IT sector has the highest net monthly salary. The Business/Public Administration sector has the lowest salary.
82.64% of the respondents believe that their remuneration is not fair to their field and experience.
Respondents would change jobs for 20% higher remuneration and less stress.
The most important for employees are flexible working hours and regular bonuses. Actions in the company, volunteer programs and charity initiatives are not attractive.
For IT professionals, extra days of leave and additional health insurance are more important than regular bonuses and upskilling programs.
Only 22% of Bulgarians are satisfied with the working conditions in their company.
The sector with the highest degree of satisfaction is not the sector with the highest remuneration.
Respondents satisfied with working conditions would not change jobs even for higher remuneration.
