Desislava Gospodinova is Head of the Employee Development and Employer Brand Department at Postbank. She is a professional in the field of recruitment, employer branding, training and development of people with more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources, 9 of which in the banking sphere. She is a graduate of UNSS Sofia with a specialty in Economics and Human Resource Management, and her professional qualifications include certification HR Masterclasses Program and various advanced trainings. Her creative approach is a key contribution in various projects with a focus on recognition and development of employees, implementation of innovative practices regarding the presentation of the employer brand.

Svetoslava Kurteva is Head of Training and Performance Management at Postbank. She is a professional in the field of training and professional development of people with more than 15 years of experience in the banking sphere. She is a graduate of the Technical University of Sofia, and her professional qualifications include a certification program at CIPD, as well as certification as a Solution focused Coach at Erickson International. In recent years, her passion has been to look for different digital and non-standard learning solutions, working in the direction of learning as a game and personalizing the work experience. Svetoslava believes that everyone wants to develop and has the potential to be successful, for which it is necessary to create the right attitude (personal motivation) through the appropriate tools.
