Alexander Gramatikov is the founder and program leader of Mentor the Young, a three-month free mentoring program that supports the development of young people between the ages of 18 and 25, connecting them with individual mentors with at least 5 years of experience.
Before founding the foundation in the winter of 2021, Alex spent nearly 6 years in the Bulgarian and international non-governmental sector, being an active part of organizations such as AIESEC, ABLE and AEGEE. At the same time, he develops professionally in the field of business development and sales in industries such as education, information technology and human resources. For his hobbies, he found traveling to distant countries and cultures and the practice of Brazilian Ju-Jitsu.
