2. Who are we?
We are "Weemss" Ltd, with UIC 202592905, registered office and registered address. Our registered office and registered address. "Geo Milev", ul. "Geo Milev" № 20, entrance. B, p. 20. 1, app. 13. We manage the Internet platforms for events and advertisements "Careershow", which aims to connect employers in different fields with people seeking career development in the same field. As organisers of career events, we determine the manner and type of personal data that is collected according to the professional profile you have indicated, which, according to Bulgarian law and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016/EU, defines us as a "Data Controller".
3. What personal data do we collect from you?
For the purposes of participating in the career events we organise and enabling personal contact between you and the employers registered on our platforms, we collect the following personal data from you:
- Full name and surname;
- mobile phone number;
- e-mail address(es);
- degree and form of education;
- work experience;
- additional information that you have included in your CV /personal interests, participation in public activities; possession of a driver's license or certificates and permits for various activities and services, etc./;
- photo and video material (we take pictures of the events we organise for internal statistical purposes, as well as to provide promotional material for marketing future events of the same type);
- IP address from which your registration on the platform was made;

By filling in your personal data for registration on our platforms, you guarantee their authenticity and undertake to inform us promptly in the event of a change in order to maintain an up-to-date personal data base and provide reliable information to participating companies and employers.
4. Why do we need your personal data?
We provide the personal data you provide to employers registered on the Career show platforms. We need your data so that these employers registered with us can make personal contact with you should you meet their criteria for prospective employees, and so that we can keep you informed of all current and future careers events and advertisements posted for career positions. Your personal data collected is only provided to employers registered on the relevant platform and is not provided to any third parties.
Weems Ltd does not provide your personal data to employers registered to attend our events or to post job advertisements for purposes other than those specified for the event or job advertisement itself.
Weems Ltd does not in any way share, forward, sell or pass on the personal data you provide to third parties for storage.

5. On what grounds do we collect your personal data?
The ground for collecting your personal data is only the informed consent provided by you, which you give by filling out the registration form at https://careershow.bg/register/ and marking the blank fields, stating that you are familiar with our rules of personal data processing. As controller, we do NOT collect, store or require you to disclose, at any moment of the registration stages, sensitive personal information about your identity, such as political and religious beliefs, racial and sexual origin, health status, sex orientation and trade unions memberships. The processing of personal data of representatives / contact persons / of Participants in the annual online Career Show Awards is conducted on the basis of their consent, given by filling in the registration form for participation in the awarding.
6. For how long and in what way do we store your data?
In storing your personal data, we apply the general principle under current Bulgarian law of storing personal data for no longer than is necessary to provide our services.
Your personal data collected through the registration field on our platforms, as well as in connection with and during the events we organise, including the annual Career Show Awards online, is stored for a period not exceeding 3 years.
The data provided to employers registered on our platforms for the purposes of recruitment and selection of professional staff by them shall be stored for a period not exceeding 6 months, unless the candidate in your person expressly consents, as shall be requested by the employer concerned interested in the candidate, to his/her data being stored for a longer period.
The personal data provided shall be stored in accordance with the requirements of the law and we apply a high level of encryption. Access to your data is limited to a number of employees of the Organiser who have received prior training on the legal requirements for processing personal data.
7. What rights do you have in relation to the personal data you have provided?
Right of access: you, as a data subject, have the right to request from the platform on which you are registered a copy of any personal data that you have provided to us and that we hold. The request is made by emailing us and the copy is sent to the email address you have provided.
Right to rectification: you may, at any time after registering on our platform, access and request rectification of your stored personal data by correcting inaccuracies or making changes to it so that your personal data is always up to date.
The right to be "forgotten": you have the right to ask us to permanently and permanently delete all the personal data you have provided, to stop storing it and making it available to third parties for the purposes mentioned above and to stop processing it in the future altogether. Attention: this right is not absolute and in certain cases we may refuse you to perform this action or extend the time limit for the performance of this obligation by us compared to the generally established 30-day time limit for action. Due to the nature of the actions to be taken by us in fulfillment of this obligation, in case of doubt about your request, we may ask you for further self-identification to make sure that we are indeed deleting your data at the request of its true bearer.
Right to complain: In case of doubt that the processing of your personal data is carried out in violation of Bulgarian law, we ask you to notify us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You also have the possibility to lodge a complaint about a violation with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, with the address for correspondence. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by you, we do not carry out checks to this effect and we do not guarantee the true identity of the individuals who have provided the data. In all cases of suspicion on your part, of fraud and/or misuse of your personal data, please notify us immediately. You undertake not to violate the rights of others in relation to the protection of their personal data or their other rights when providing any information on the website.
