Jordan is a pioneer in the coffee industry in Bulgaria and an internationally recognized expert. He is the first and only Bulgarian to become a judge of the Cup of Excellence - the most prestigious coffee competition in the world, also known as the “Oscars for Coffee”. But his professional path actually began from a completely different sphere.

While building a successful career as a musician in Prague, Jordan discovered the world of coffee and decided to leave everything behind to return to his homeland and create the first specialty coffee bakery in our country. A few very difficult years followed until the business got going, but today DABOV Specialty Coffee is a name that coffee producers and connoisseurs around the world know well. And Jordan tirelessly pursues its mission to introduce people to the best quality coffees in the world.
