Register and complete your employer profile

How it works
Choose your employer package and register on the platform.
Once you register, you will receive your personal access link to the platform via email.
Add details to your profile in the “My Profile” section.
Describe your company, what you offer, and what professionals you need.
If you want to increase the interest in your company, fill out the information in your profile down to the last detail
A detailed profile will increase your chance of conducting more video meetings.
Don't forget to upload a photo! 🙂

Find suitable candidates
and invite them to video meetings

Navigate to the “Participants” section in the left-hand menu. Search candidates using the detailed filters to find the ones that could be a good fit for your current openings. Send each of your chosen candidates a request for a video meeting at a time that works for you on the event day.

How to get the most out of your participation

Send your meeting invitations well in advance – at least a couple of days before the event.
Use the chat option to introduce yourself and express your interest in the candidate. This way they will be more likely to accept your invitation.
Keep in mind that your meeting is considered confirmed only after the candidate accepts the invitation.
Remember that candidates can also send you meeting invitations. Check your profile regularly for new invitations.
If you are unable to conduct a meeting for any reason, don’t forget to cancel the invitation as soon as possible!
Do not leave unanswered invitations. They block slots in your calendar, even without you having confirmed the appointment.

Career Show is a modern job platform with a constantly updated database of candidates. We conduct ongoing campaigns for attracting professionals and there are new registrations to the platform all the time.

To get the full advantage of your membership, make sure you sign into your employer profile regularly and check for new candidates that fit your current job openings.

Manage all your activities in one place!

You can manage your meetings from the “My Agenda” section in the left-hand menu. Use it to send, accept and reject meeting invitations. This is also where your scheduled video meetings will take place.

In addition to candidate meetings, you are also welcome to join the talks included in each event’s program. You can browse and add program sessions to your calendar in the “My Agenda” section. This way all your planned activities, like video meetings and program sessions, can be found in one place.

How to start a
video meeting?

Go to the “My Agenda” section a few minutes before the start of the scheduled meeting.
Find the right meeting and click on the “Start meeting” button. The button becomes active 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
The duration of each video meeting is set to 15 minutes. Of course, you are welcome to stay longer or end the meeting early.
These are business meetings, which is why we recommend that you be on time. Make sure you stick to your schedule to increase interest in your company.
To achieve best results and avoid wasting anyone’s time, make sure you are prepared for each meeting.
If you are unable to attend one of your meetings for any reason, don’t forget to cancel it in a timely manner!
