Prof. Dr. Manu Moravenov is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. He has nearly 25 years of experience in finance and investment, real estate and capital markets.
Before heading BSE, Prof. Dr. Moravenov held a number of senior positions in institutions and non-governmental organizations of the Bulgarian capital and investment market, among them the Securities and Exchange Commission (now CFN), working groups at the Ministry of Finance, BSE, the Association of Special Investment Companies, the Bulgarian Licensing Association investment firms, the National Commission on Corporate Governance, etc. Prof. Dr. Moravenov is a long-time lecturer at the Higher School of Insurance and Finance.
