Boryana Dimitrova is a sociologist, doctor of philosophy and university lecturer, founder and director of one of the largest independent agencies for social and marketing research in Bulgaria Alpha Research. She graduated from the 9th high school with teaching French “A. de Lamartin” — Sofia and Sociology at Sofia University “Kliment Ohridski”. She specialized at the Center for the Study of French Political Life (CEVIPOF), at the National Center for Scientific Research /CNRS/ - Paris, at Yale University. Yale/.
He works in the field of sociology of politics, public opinion research, evaluation of policies, models of social behavior. He is the leader of more than 100 national and international research projects. There are numerous publications in the periodical press, in scientific journals in Bulgaria and abroad.
He is a member of the European and Bulgarian Associations of Researchers of Public Opinion and Marketing (ESOMAR and BAMOR), on the board of the Institute for Market Economics (IPI) and the Institute for Research of the Recent Past.
