The role

We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Growth Manager to join our great marketing team. As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion. You’ll identify key growth opportunities, execute targeted initiatives, and optimize the customer acquisition and retention funnel.

With a focus on improving customer engagement, you will ensure seamless integration of automated workflows and paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions. This dynamic role requires a result-oriented, data-driven mindset and strong technical skills to craft and refine strategies that expand our user base, increase market share, and scale success in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

Set up and optimize HubSpot's CRM, marketing, and sales tools to align with business requirements.
Create, execute, and manage workflows, automations, and sequences to optimize lead nurturing, improve customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Testing and scaling new growth tactics to drive user acquisition and retention.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing automation efforts align with broader business objectives and CRM strategies.
Identify and explore new opportunities to optimize campaigns and automate processes, while providing actionable recommendations for improvement, based on data analysis and performance insights.
Track key objectives and KPIs, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and share actionable insights to guide decision-making for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

What you bring

At least 10 years experience in Marketing
At least 3 years of proven experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
At least 3 years of еxperience in paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Solid experience with Google Analytics and how to use it to improve campaign performance.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and how to apply it.
Ability to analyze data from both PPC campaigns and marketing automation to create actionable insights and make strategic recommendations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent technical and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken).
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing is a plus.
