These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between the Organizer and the Participants in the awards for the best employer of Bulgaria “Best Employer of Bulgaria”, also called Career Show Awards.
Please familiarize yourself with them carefully before registering. They constitute an agreement between you and the Organizer.
Basic concepts
In the interpretation and application of these General Terms and Conditions, the basic concepts used will have the following meaning:
Awards: Career Show Awards— annual online awards for the best employer in Bulgaria
Organizer:“Weimss” Ltd
Participants:Any person who has completed the registration form to participate in the prizes available on the platform's website Career Show.
Contents/Materials:Any content created, attached or added to the platform's websiteCareer Showand the online application and voting software, including text, video, audio materials, photos, images, graphics, links and others that are accessible through the website and online voting software
1. Registrazione
To participate in the Prizes, Entrants must register through the online form, which is available on the Awards website. Communication between the Organizer and the Participants is carried out only through the email filled in by the Participant in the registration form.
The Organizer reserves the right NOT to approve entries of Participants that contain incorrect, false or misleading information. Participants who repeatedly and intentionally enter this type of information will be deleted from the platform database. In the event that a Participant does not meet the requirements for participation in the award specified on the website of the platform, his application will NOT be approved and the amount paid will not be refunded.
Information about the prices for registration to participate in the Awards are published on the website of the Awards https://careershow.bg/awards, and the participation is confirmed by the Organizer after a money transfer within 2 days after the invoice is sent by the Organizer.
By registering to participate in the Awards, the Participant agrees that the data provided by him (website, banners, company logo, all text and visual materials present in the application, etc. materials) will be used by the Organizer for the purpose of promoting the event.
The amount for re-sending statuettes, if the first fails, as well as the amount for sending additional statuettes to Participants shall be taken over by the Participant.
2. Personal data
The Organizer collects and stores personal data of the representatives of the Participants submitted through the registration form on the website of the Awards.
For the processing of personal data of representatives of the Participants, the Personal Data Policy published on the website applies, which the representatives must familiarize themselves with before completing the registration of the respective Participant.
3. Retained rights
All submitted, completed and submitted entries of Participants together with the information attached to them, the vote and the comments of the jury are published by the Organizer publicly on the website after the end of the award ceremony.
Participants undertake to submit to the application on the platform for participation in the Prizes entry materials, the copyright and related rights of which they own or are pre-arranged with their media. The Organizer is NOT responsible for any disputes about copyright and related rights on the materials provided through the registration form by a Participant and published on the website of the Awards before or during their holding.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove or not publish materials on the website of the platform for which it has reason to believe that the copyright and related rights to them are unclear/unsettled or that would damage the good name of the Organizer and the prestige of the event.
In case of alleged violation of copyright and related rights, the Organizer has the right to disclose to third parties information about the possible infringer in the person of the Participant who sent the disputed material to the platform.
The Organizer does not monitor the content uploaded by the Participant. The Participant agrees to refrain from uploading or distributing fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or illegal content. It is the Participant's responsibility to monitor the copyright in respect of the materials they upload to the Awards website.
When an Entrant uploads or links content, he agrees: (a) to allow other Internet users to see the content that he publishes publicly; (b) to allow the Organizer to store, and in the case of publicly stored content, to display and view the content provided in the Awards.
By submitting Content in connection with the Contest, the Entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive and gratuitous right to use, modify, transmit, distribute, display and transmit more accurately the Content in the context of the Awards, including without limitation, through third party websites, email, API and other media channels and formats.
All participants authorize the Organizer to duplicate their entries in any form in order to promote the prizes and the results of the competition. Under no circumstances shall the Promoter or its authorized representatives be liable for the payment of royalties or other fees. Each Entrant agrees not to hold the Organizer and/or its authorized representatives liable against any claims regarding the Materials. After the deadline for registration and submission of applications, the information in the applications of the Participants is not subject to change.
4. Participation
After payment of the participation fee and confirmation of registration in the Prizes, the Organizer does NOT owe a refund of the amounts paid.
The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Prizes, but the amount paid for participation is NOT refunded by the Organizer.
The Organizer is NOT responsible for damages suffered by a Participant from or in connection with participation in the award event.
The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Prizes entirely in the event of necessity or force majeure. The Organizer undertakes to indicate in due time on the website of the platform another date for holding or to provide additional information to Participants. If possible, the Organizer will contact a representative of the Participant to provide information on the occasion of the postponed or canceled awards.
The Organizer has the right not to approve a Participant's application that does not meet the requirements specified on the site and in the application form (selected relevant category, relevant information provided). In the event that the Participant has paid the fee, but does not meet the requirements of the Organizer, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation of the Prizes, the amount paid will NOT be refunded, but the Participant will be provided with an alternative service of the same value.
The Organizer undertakes to provide on the website of the platform information regarding categories, registration deadline, application deadline, voting period, date for announcement of results. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes in any of the mentioned aspects of the Awards, which it shall promptly notify the participating companies on the website of the platform.
The participating company accepts and agrees to regularly get acquainted with the current information about a given career event uploaded on the website.
In the event that the Organizer has to change, suspend or merge categories due to few approved applications or for any other occasion that may affect the evaluation process, this must occur before the voting period and after notifying the Participants by email. He is obliged to give an alternative and reserves the right not to refund amounts.
Each Participant registered for the Career Show Awards automatically signs up for the awards newsletter. It can be unsubscribed at any time.
5. Jury
Participants are NOT allowed to contact members of the jury before, during or after the award event, as well as to attempt to influence in any way their vote and evaluation.
In case of detection of open or indirect interference in the work of the jury, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify Participants, to withdraw prizes awarded, as well as to impose bans on participation in subsequent editions of the Career Show Awards.
For each individual evaluation criterion, the jury gives a score from 1 to 10. Each criterion has a predetermined percentage weight. The final evaluation of each Participant is formed based on the votes of the jury and the weight of each criterion.

6. Change
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time by promptly publishing these changes on the platform's website.
