It all started back in 2008 when we organized our first career fair in Sofia, Bulgaria. But this was more than just a career fair – it was also the first event in the country that targeted locals educated in European universities and people who have lived abroad and are fluent in foreign languages.
To our great surprise, from the very first edition we managed to attract over 1000 visitors and more than 60 companies. Nobody had expected this, but the success of the event made it clear that new bridges between the business and the growing population of qualified professionals were much needed. Realizing this, we dedicated the next 14 years to organizing some of the biggest career events in Eastern Europe. Our team is proud to say that our fairs have filled a national arena used by stars from Sting to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Enrique Iglesias and Snoop Dogg.
Just like our events, our dreams also grew bigger as time went by. Watching the world turn truly global and leaning onto our own philosophy of working remotely and having the freedom to move around, we decided to expand the scale of our events even further. This is how Career Show came to be an international event connecting the best employers worldwide with the best talent in Bulgaria an Eastern Europe.
We are professional dreamers and dreaming professionals. We believe anything is possible and this philosophy is at the heart of all our projects. How we work is how we live: giving 100% in everything we do and enjoying each step of the way.

Career Show Awards is an annual competition showcasing the most outstanding achievements in attracting, developing, and keeping professional talent, as well as recognizing the best practices in building successful employer branding strategies.
Our team is also behind the Eventex Awards - the leading event competition in the world, which annually involves the world’s biggest brands and organizations such as BMW, Google, Ferrari, Virgin Group, Cisco, Michelin, Audi, Twitter, NATO and others. Eventex has become a household name in the event industry. It’s a huge success for us and we are very proud of this project.
