It all started back in 2008 when we organized our first career fair in Sofia. It was not just an event, but our personal cause - to inform Bulgarians with education and experience abroad about the great career opportunities in Bulgaria.
To our great surprise, with the very first edition, we managed to attract over 1000 visitors and more than 60 companies. Although we had not expected such success, one thing became clear - many more "bridges" are needed between business and qualified professionals in Bulgaria. Recognising this, we dedicated the next 14 years to organising some of the largest career fairs in Eastern Europe. We can proudly say that it is our events that fill huge halls, such as Arena Armeec.
Along with our events, our desire to evolve, adapt and change has grown. Witnessing how the world became "digital" within 1 year, and leaning on our own philosophy of remote working, we decided to expand the scale of our career projects even further. Thus the current format of Career Show was born - a modern job platform that connects qualified candidates with leading employers in the country, both through physical job fairs and dedicated online events. Today, over 12,000 people use our platform to find new career opportunities, establish a personal relationship with an employer or just have fun learning something new from our great speakers.
We are professional dreamers and dreaming professionals. We believe anything is possible and this philosophy is at the heart of all our projects. How we work is how we live: giving 100% in everything we do and enjoying each step of the way.

Career Show Awards is an annual competition showcasing the most outstanding achievements in attracting, developing, and keeping professional talent, as well as recognizing the best practices in building successful employer branding strategies.
Our team is also behind the Eventex Awards - the leading event competition in the world, which annually involves the world’s biggest brands and organizations such as BMW, Google, Ferrari, Virgin Group, Cisco, Michelin, Audi, Twitter, NATO and others. Eventex has become a household name in the event industry. It’s a huge success for us and we are very proud of this project.
