We’re looking for a CRM Manager who takes full ownership of the customer lifecycle and turns insights into action across the post-acquisition and lifecycle stages. As part of the Growth team, the CRM Manager is expected to support marketing-led initiatives through lifecycle activation and optimization. In this role, you’ll design and optimize data-driven marketing automation that strengthens engagement, improves conversion, and maximizes lifetime value. You’ll be the connection between marketing, sales, and customer success — ensuring our CRM isn’t just a tool, but a growth engine.
What you bring

5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, with demonstrated impact on engagement, conversion, and retention in a scaling B2B environment.

Proven ownership of CRM lifecycle strategy, including segmentation, lead scoring, and automation frameworks that support revenue growth and long-term customer value.

3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent), including custom objects, workflows, scoring models, and performance reporting.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, build clear dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Experience managing CRM data quality and governance, including enrichment, and compliance with GDPR and related standards.

Knowledge of multi-channel attribution, UTM tracking, and performance measurement.

Ability to aid personalization at scale, using behavioral data, testing, and automation to improve relevance and performance across lifecycle stages.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., content assistance, predictive scoring, conversational optimization across chatbots and AI assistants).

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex systems, performance trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align CRM execution with business priorities.

Fluency in Bulgarian and English; experience in SaaS or B2B, SaaS, or multi-product environments is a strong advantage.
