We’re looking for a CRM Manager who takes full ownership of the customer lifecycle and turns insights into action across the post-acquisition and lifecycle stages. As part of the Growth team, the CRM Manager is expected to support marketing-led initiatives through lifecycle activation and optimization. In this role, you’ll design and optimize data-driven marketing automation that strengthens engagement, improves conversion, and maximizes lifetime value. You’ll be the connection between marketing, sales, and customer success — ensuring our CRM isn’t just a tool, but a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

Strategic CRM Ownership

Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution, with a focus on post-acquisition engagement, conversion, retention, and reactivation, ensuring HubSpot serves as the single source of truth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Define and continuously evolve segmentation and lead scoring frameworks to surface high-intent, high-value opportunities and support revenue prioritization.
Partner with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to define and evolve CRM processes aligned with the full customer journey and lifecycle management, translating business strategy into scalable CRM logic.
Own and monitor key CRM performance metrics, reporting on campaign effectiveness and recommending data-driven optimizations to improve conversion and retention.

Lifecycle Marketing & Automation

Design, build, and optimize automated workflows, drip campaigns, and personalized communications across email and other CRM-owned channels to increase engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
Own the continuous optimization of CRM-driven customer journeys, leveraging behavioral triggers, personalization logic, and structured experimentation to improve relevance and performance.
Maintain a scalable testing and optimization framework across segmentation, messaging, offers, cadence, and timing, using data-led experimentation to drive measurable improvements
Ensure CRM lifecycle programs are aligned with Growth campaigns, editorial resources, and go-to-market initiatives, enabling consistent messaging and conversion across touchpoints.

Data, Reporting & Insights

Own the CRM data foundation, ensuring high standards of data hygiene, governance, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consent management) to support reliable lifecycle tracking and decision-making.
Build and maintain CRM reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance, engagement and conversion, retention, and ROI across key segments.
Analyze CRM and lifecycle data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, delivering clear, prioritized recommendations to the leadership.
Connect and interpret CRM and integrated tool data to build a unified lifecycle view and support cross-functional decisions.

Lifecycle Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution

Translate business initiatives, launches, and key revenue moments into clear, executable CRM lifecycle flows and timelines.
Enable Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams with CRM-ready frameworks, including lifecycle logic, triggers, assets, and handoff rules that support timely execution.
Ensure CRM workflows and campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities and seasonality, adapting lifecycle logic as products, editions, and markets evolve.
Act as the operational CRM partner for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring HubSpot supports go-to-market execution accurately, consistently, and at scale.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, with demonstrated impact on engagement, conversion, and retention in a scaling B2B environment.
Proven ownership of CRM lifecycle strategy, including segmentation, lead scoring, and automation frameworks that support revenue growth and long-term customer value.
3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent), including custom objects, workflows, scoring models, and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, build clear dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience managing CRM data quality and governance, including enrichment, and compliance with GDPR and related standards.
Knowledge of multi-channel attribution, UTM tracking, and performance measurement.
Ability to aid personalization at scale, using behavioral data, testing, and automation to improve relevance and performance across lifecycle stages.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., content assistance, predictive scoring, conversational optimization across chatbots and AI assistants).
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex systems, performance trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align CRM execution with business priorities.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English; experience in SaaS or B2B, SaaS, or multi-product environments is a strong advantage.

You’ve audited current CRM processes and identified quick wins.
You’ve aligned with Sales, Growth & CS on priorities and key customer touchpoints.

By Day 60:

You’ve improved segmentation and lead scoring.
You’ve launched new automated flows or journeys with measurable engagement lift.
You’re running regular A/B tests and sharing insights with the team.

By Day 90:

You fully own our CRM strategy, execution, and reporting.
You’ve delivered clear improvements in conversion, activation, or retention.
You’ve optimized integrations and built a scalable testing + automation framework.
