The role

We believe that with great content comes great visibility that leads to real growth. To that end, we are looking for a creative thinker with exceptional language skills and a passion for storytelling to join our team and elevate our content strategy. The Senior Copywriter should have an excellent understanding of communication, marketing, and the Oxford comma.

Key responsibilities

Create and adapt a content strategy that aligns with the vision and goals of each of our brands.
Create compelling, high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, websites, landing pages, and organic social media.
Write conversion-focused copy for ads, email campaigns, and lead-generation assets.
Write software help docs and microcopy.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency.
Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing and digital trends.
Use available tools and technologies, including AI-based solutions, to support efficient content creation and optimization.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience in creating content across multiple formats (email, social media, blog, landing pages, ads, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO and AIO best practices and content analytics.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, and day-to-day productivity.
Strong attention to detail and a creative, solution-oriented mindset

Your recipe for success

Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of content tasks end-to-end.
A natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Self-motivated and adaptable, always looking to learn new things and stay updated on content marketing trends.

What success looks like

By Day 30:

You understand our brands, target audiences, and tone of voice.
You’re familiar with our existing content, main channels, and how content is used to support marketing and communication efforts.
You have a clear understanding of how content performance is measured and analyzed at a foundational level.
You’re aligned with the marketing, design, and product teams on workflows, priorities, and expectations.
You’re familiar with the tools we use to support content work, including technology and AI-based tools used to improve efficiency.

By Day 60:

You create and manage high-quality content across key channels (website, blog, email, social media).
You apply good content-writing and optimization practices, including basic SEO principles and content performance analysis.
You collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent and recognizable communication.
You monitor how content performs and make improvements when needed.

By Day 90:

You independently own the execution and maintenance of content for one or more brands.
You ensure high quality and consistency of content across all channels.
You use available tools, including AI, as support for more efficient content workflows - without shifting the focus away from the core content role.
You proactively suggest content ideas and improvements that support communication and marketing goals.
You establish yourself as a reliable content partner within the team.
