Awards Manager

The role
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and passionate professional to join our growing team. The Awards Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our awards program, from planning and promotion to execution and evaluation. They should have a good understanding of planning, budgeting, marketing, and sales.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive awards strategy to promote and enhance the company’s recognition programs
Manage the end-to-end process of the awards program, including application collection, judges, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth and transparent operations
Coordinate the project in the awards management software Evalato
Develop and maintain timelines, task lists, and schedules to ensure all deadlines are met and the awards program runs efficiently
Create and manage marketing and promotional plans to drive awareness and participation in the awards program
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the awards program, gathering feedback and metrics to inform improvements and future initiatives
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential sponsor and partners, showcasing the awards programs’s impact and opportunities for exposure
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during event to ensure a smooth participant experience
Manage all content and copywriting activities in line with brand direction
Coordinate and communicate with applicants, judges, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth and transparent operations
Foster strong relationship with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and satisfaction level
Your recipe for success
Fluency in Bulgarian and English
Proven experience in managing awards programs or similar large-scale events
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Proactive outreach and strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in event management software and tools
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth and constant change, with lots of unknowns
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing and promotional strategies
A good understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
At least 2 years of marketing, event management, or project management experience
Solid experience in working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Hubspot, and similar
Solid content marketing and copywriting experienc
