The role
Our company is already managing Eventex Awards, the world’s #1 awards for events and experiences. We’re growing and have new, exciting projects lined up, so we’re looking for an enthusiastic Awards Manager to help us lead the way.
In this role, the Awards Manager will be at the heart of organizing and managing award programs, ensuring that both Eventex Awards and our upcoming initiatives celebrate the industry’s finest. The Awards Manager will work closely with our dynamic team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive awards strategy to promote and enhance the company’s recognition programs

Manage the end-to-end process of the awards program, including entry collection, judging and partner management to ensure smooth and transparent operations

Develop and maintain timelines, task lists, and schedules to ensure all deadlines are met and the awards programs run efficiently

Create and manage marketing and promotional plans to drive awareness and participation in the awards programs

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, gathering feedback and metrics to implement improvements and future initiatives

Deliver persuasive sales presentations to leads, showcasing the awards programs impact and opportunities

Manage all content and copywriting activities in line with the brand identity

Coordinate and communicate with applicants, judges, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth and transparent operations

Foster strong relationship with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and satisfaction levels
Your recipe for success

Fluency in Bulgarian and English (near-native level)

Proven experience in managing awards programs or similar large-scale events/projects

Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Proactive outreach and strong negotiation skills

Proficiency in event management software and tools

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth and constant change, with lots of unknowns

Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing and promotional strategies

A good understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs

At least 5 years experience in marketing, sales, event management, or project management

Tech-savvy with solid experience in working with tools such as Slack, Airtable, Google Analytics Hubspot, ClickUp, and similar

Content marketing and copywriting experience is an advantage
