Account Manager

The Account Manager initiates the planning and execution of the sales campaigns and is responsible for the correspondence with clients. He or she coordinates the whole project and processes within.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be in charge of

Participate in the planning and execution of sales campaigns

Establish and maintain good customer relationship

Lead generation and prospecting

Present the project to potential clients

Ultimate success and happiness of the customer

Email campaigns

CRM administration
To be successful in this role, you shall have

Fluent (near native) English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Tech-savvy and quick to learn different tools and platforms

Strongly goal-oriented person

3+ years of experience in account management, project management, sales management or similar position

A good understanding of sales metrics and KPIs

Experience in working with tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Asana and alike

Experience in digital marketing would be an advantage
