Yanko Bizhev is a finance lead with more than 16 years of experience in the Finance and Financial Audit, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Continuous improvement and Organizational management. In his current role as Head of Planning and Performance Reporting Tower in the dormakaba Business Services (dbs) organization he is managing the transition of controlling, forecasting and reporting work from the European countries where dormakaba operates to the newly formed dbs center in Sofia.
He strongly believes that the recipe for success in the area is a strong and motivated team working constantly towards better business partnership with their stakeholders.
