The role
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and ferocious marketing professional to join our growing team.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of Career Show. He or she should have a good understanding of project management.
Role responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy and supervising its execution & progress
Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
Provide strategic leadership and actively manage the process of the project
Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
Creating and managing content and copywriting activities in line with brand direction
Managing all online marketing activities including social media, email marketing, paid advertising campaigns, etc.
Key competencies, skills and experience
Fluent in Bulgarian and English (near native-speaker level)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn different tools and platforms
Strongly goal-oriented person
Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns
The ability to innovate and take initiative
At least 3 years of marketing, event or project management experience
Solid experience in working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Google ads, Hubspot and alike
Experience with video softwares would be considered a plus
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Facebook, Google & Linkedin would be considered a plus
