The role

We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of our recruitment processes and elevate our people strategy. As our first dedicated HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll shape our company culture and growth strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle—from attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You’ll also manage key HR activities that contribute to a positive, engaging work environment. Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a welcoming and organized introduction to the company, with clear guidance and support throughout their integration into the team.
Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop accurate role profiles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, maintaining professionalism and consistency throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with leadership to refine HR policies and best practices, aligned with our company culture and values.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, and team-building events to strengthen company culture.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
Monitor employee satisfaction and retention, proposing improvements where necessary.
Support training, career development, and ensure continuous employee growth.
Provide regular HR reports and metrics to leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment or a related field (e.g., HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, People Operations Manager).
Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR policies, and labor laws.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with candidates.
Proven ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels and attract top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
A strategic, proactive mindset to anticipate organizational needs and design scalable people solutions that align with company goals.
A passion for recruitment, enjoying all stages of the hiring process, from sourcing to offering positions, and ensuring the best possible candidate journey.
A positive and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to spot potential in candidates beyond what’s on a CV.
Enthusiasm for employer branding, particularly on social media, with a willingness to contribute to promoting the company’s image and culture.
A genuine interest in fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
Experience with various HR and recruitment software solutions, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies, especially in a fully remote work environment.
