In the academic years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021, Dr. Novkova leads internships in the discipline “Economic Psychology” in the specialty “Psychology” at Sofia University “St. Cl. Ohridski”. In 2019, Dr. Novkova successfully defended her dissertation on “Personality determinants of innovative attitudes in managers” at the Department of Social, Organizational, Clinical and Pedagogical Psychology, at the Faculty of Philosophy at Sofia University “St. Cl. Ohridski”, creating a theoretical-empirical psychoprofile of modern synergistic, innovative business leaders. After graduating as a Master in 2012 at Sofia University “St. Cl. Ohridski” started working immediately as a Research Associate at the University Center for Conflict Management and Organizational Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy at Sofia University and occupied the state until November 2019. She has participated in numerous national and international research projects in the fields of leadership, management, entrepreneurship and innovation development, and she is the author of several national studies of business.In 2013-2014 she was part of the teaching team of the Higher School of Insurance and Finance in a master's program. He leads the seminar classes in several disciplines in the field of Social and Business Psychology as a freelance assistant.In 2009 he became certified as a Business Coach for training coaches and conducts trainings and workshops in the field of sales, professional performance and soft skills.In 2010 he founded the brand Juls' Psychology, developing his activity as a Personal Business Psychologist & Executive Coach. He is the author of the model for organizational and business development Autopoiesis 4.0, through which he helps business leaders to build and manage their models in a physical and digital environment. He is also the creator of the model for personal transformation through innovation and creativity InnovaCeption, through which he helps business leaders to manage internal and external change through innovation, creativity and authenticity. Her research interest is focused primarily on micro and small business owners and managers, but she also has experience as an organizational consultant in large organizations. Conducts individual personal trainings with entrepreneurs, managers and freelancers.
