Yordan Dubov is a coffee expert, founder of the first Bulgarian specialty coffee bakery Dabov Specialty coffee, focused on the high quality of the product. Jordan Dubov is the only licensed coffee instructor in Bulgaria for baristas and coffee bakers under the programs of the World Specialty Coffee Association — SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). At his bakery there is a Cafe Academy, offering various courses for amateurs and professionals.
Yordan Dubov is a professional coffee taster and the only Bulgarian member of the jury of the most prestigious international special coffee competition - Cup of Excellence, as well as many other national competitions in different countries of the world, for example, Best Of Panama, Pearl Of Uganda, Gems Of Araku (India), Best Of El Salvador, Oro de Santa Barbara (Honduras). Annually, it evaluates the coffees of more than 10 producing countries. His tasting expertise allows him to choose among the best coffees in the whole world and buy quantities of them accordingly. Thus, in 2015, for the first time, coffee was imported into Bulgaria, winner of the Cup Of Excellence and every year Jordan Dubov buys some of the winners of the competitions that reach the Bulgarian coffee lover.
