Joanna graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from New Bulgarian University and continued her specialization with a master's program “Human Resource Management” at UNSS. In 2018, she joined Kaufland's team in various roles and is currently a Recruitment Expert at the Human Resources Directorate and responsible for the recruitment of staff in the Kaufland affiliate network throughout the country.
Joanna joined Kaufland more than 4 years ago. During this period, he went through different positions in the company. In her session, Joanna will share why she chose to start her career in Human Resources, how she started and developed her career, and what qualities helped her in her development.
