Teodora has more than 15 years of experience in customer and team management, IT projects and sales. During this time, she was responsible for hiring people with different profiles and skills and in different areas of the business — programmers, testers, project managers serving in customer centers with different levels of language and customer skills, customer center managers, team and shift managers, people responsible for the quality of service, assistants after sales and marketing and sales and marketing consultants.
