Dr. Svetlin Nakov is a co-founder of SoftUni, a teacher, IT consultant, developer and inspirer of thousands of young people to the IT professions.

In this chapter we will review the most popular programming languages on the labor market in Bulgaria: JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, PHP, C++, Go, Swift. We will briefly explain what each of them is, what it is used for and what is its demand in the Bulgarian IT industry.
