Stoycho Stoev and Teodora Hristova

Stojcho Stoev has over 16 years of experience in the field of human resources. He has worked in the information technology and services sector, providing expertise in process and program implementation activities, consulting, personnel management and organizational development. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in organizational behavior and organizational counseling.

Teodora has over 8 years of experience in the field of recruitment. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Her professional career began in 2015 in an agency dealing with the selection of middle and senior management and then continued in one of the largest outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. Prior to joining Axencher, Theodora was a key part of the team of a leading American insurance company. He has extensive experience with the entire selection process, as well as with planning and implementing strategies for recruitment, development and delivery of trainings and optimization of processes.
