Ralitsa Lyubenova is a Program and Training Manager at Yu Grow Academy - the first academy in Bulgaria specialized in training for the business services sector. She is an expert with over 10 years of experience in talent development and leadership development. As part of her professional path, Ralitsa has been involved in developing, conducting and facilitating a variety of training programs and skill-building activities, including leadership academies, knowledge sharing workshops, master classes, problem solving and idea generation sessions, and much more.
