Nikoleta is the first career consultant in Bulgaria, who is also a facilitator of systemic family constellations. Her career path has gone through a variety of professional roles: from selection specialist, project manager, digital marketing specialist, employer brand manager, facilitator of systemic family constellations and even Pilates instructor. In 2018, she completed a career consultant certification course under the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) program. For the last nearly 12 years, she has been part of various non-governmental organizations, helping them in their socially engaged causes. The psychological experience she possesses helps her to discern and eliminate the hidden causes that prevent her from achieving professional and personal success. She believes that success cannot be measured only by the title written on the business card — it should also be measured by the inner sense of satisfaction, peace and balance.
