Mila has over 8 years of experience in the field of human resources. Before joining the Kaufland Bulgaria team, she developed professionally in two of the largest outsourcing companies in Bulgaria — TELUS International and Sutherland. There, he successively holds the positions of Analyst “Human Resources”, Specialist “Attraction of Talent” and Senior Specialist “Attraction of Talent”. Mila Valkova holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of National and World Economy.
In her session, Mila will look at the factors of the so-called “click” between employer and candidate at different stages of the selection process. How does “chemistry” happen and what are the factors and prerequisites for win-win? Mila will address the role of company culture and values as key factors in attracting and retaining talent.
