Max Baklayan graduated from the American University in Blagoevgrad in 2008. He is the co-founder of Tavex in Bulgaria and is currently CEO of Tavex South East Europe. Currently, from a business perspective, both Max and Tavex look to the world stage, preparing several completely new and innovative products in the investment gold market. Max believes that with a strong work ethic, unshakable principles in relationships, endless demandingness to the team and remuneration in proportion to the level of responsibility and autonomy and a product that is really good - there are no impossible things.
In nature, the most adaptable individual evolves. The one to whom things do not go well, but purposefully makes the universe bend.
