Levon Hamparzumyan is a Bulgarian banker. From 2001 to May 2019 he was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of UniCredit Bulbank, Chairman of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria (ABB) and member of the Board of Borica. In 1997 he was elected Honorary Consul of Canada in Sofia and later, except for the periods during which he held positions in the state administration Citation.
In 2001, he became CEO and Chairman of the Board of UniCredit Bulbank. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of BORICA and Chairman of the Management Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria.
He is currently a member of the Management Board of the Institute of Market Economics, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, member of the Board of Trustees of the Higher School of Insurance and Finance and member of the Board of Trustees of City University of Seattle in Bulgaria. He recently became Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB).
