Kamelia Moncheva has over 13 years of experience in the IT field. He joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2009 as a Partner Manager. The business she ran then was related to the maintenance of personal computers and printers.Later, her career took over to managing people. Goes through leadership of portfolio and demographic teams. During this period he led team transformations and implementation of new roles, as well as transfer of existing ones from Western Europe to Bulgaria.
For 5 years she has led the internal corporate resource group HPE Women at Work Bulgaria, which supports the professional and personal development of women in the IT industry. In 2019, thanks to her all-round successes and contributions, she was awarded the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Global Women's Excellence Award. Camelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, as well as two Master's degrees in Economics. She completed the “Implementing Winning Strategies” program at Columbia Business School and an Accredited Coaching Program at the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
