Iva Balasheva is an HR professional with 20 years of experience as an internal HR expert and manager, and external consultant. She graduated in Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and “Management and Development of Human Resources” at the School of Management of NBU. For more than 10 years she has been leading the activities of people management in two large international companies - “Festo Produktion” and ZK “Unika”, and in the last five years she has been helping smaller foreign and Bulgarian companies that do not have an internal HR specialist to find the most suitable people for their team, to have highly efficient activities and motivated professionals and managers who easily achieve their business goals. Its mission is to help people who are looking for a job, find their dream employers, join the team effectively and grow together with their company, constantly learning and honing their skills to communicate, influence, lead and succeed!
In the Iva session, you will learn all the subtleties that you need to take into account and prepare before the meeting with the employer, so that you present yourself brilliantly and leave no doubt that you are the ideal candidate. You will consider questions about technical training, company and interviewer research, your presentation tailored to the specific position, and last but not least — the questions that are good to ask at the meeting. You will look behind the scenes and find out what the person opposite you is really looking for and wants to discover and how to present it to him.
