In this role, he helps businesses and technical units incorporate more of the customer perspective into their work and thus together offer the best user experiences.Previously, Ilian was a founder of a startup and has experience in various industries, and is currently a freelance lecturer at NBU, where he helps students think strategically and practically create innovations.

A focus of his work is the integration of Big Data, data analysis, artificial intelligence and process automation in various business areas to achieve a comprehensive change in the way the organization works and provide even higher value for customers. Georgi has more than 18 years of experience in data analysis and product and system management in various organizations.
