Galina Grozeva has been engaged in career counseling for more than 25 years. She works both with young people on the threshold of important professional choices, and with mature people looking for new opportunities for self-realization. She was a co-tutor in the Master's programs “Management for Organizational Excellence” and “Management and Development of Human Resources” at New Bulgarian University, course “Career and Development Management”.
In 2017 Galina is in the team of the Center for Career Guidance of the city. Sofia, created under the project “Career Guidance System in School Education”. In recent years, she has been training future IT professionals in self-presentation skills, job search skills, helping them in applying to the labor market. At the same time, he trains professionals in various business organizations on how to develop their employer brand and make jobs attractive to current and future employees.In working with the people he consults on their career development, he places emphasis on exploring different opportunities, conscious choice and self-affirmation.
In her session, Galina will help you ask the right questions when choosing a profession: what do we look for and what do we find in work; what is the importance of interests and abilities in choosing a profession; what is the role of the labor market and the environment; for life is the first choice of profession?
