Andrey Alexandrov is the head of the practice Labor Law and Migration Issues. Before joining Kamburov & Partners in 2008, he was a legal consultant in the Directorate of Legal and International Legal Activities of the State Commission on Information Security.Andrey has significant experience in the field of social security, structuring employment contracts in the context of large international groups, monitoring labor compliance rights, protection against discrimination, etc. In addition, he is highly valued for his impeccable skills in labor litigation on issues ranging from work accidents to mass layoffs.
In his lecture, Prof. Dr. Andrey Alexandrov will tell more about the transition to remote forms of work by mutual agreement of the parties or by order of the employer, ensuring healthy and safe working conditions in home work and remote work. It will give us more information about the communication between the parties to the employment relationship in the conditions of remote work and compliance with the rules of working time (respectively the normative standards for work and rest) when working from home and remote work and at whose expense the consumables necessary for the performance of official duties should be.
