Desislava Mincheva graduated in French Philology from Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski" and in Acting from the Theatre Department of New Bulgarian University. She was a program director and presenter at Radio France Internationale - Bulgaria. In France, she was the Communications Director of the French Association of Victims of Terrorism (AfVT) and of the world's leading anti-death penalty association, Together Against the Death Penalty (ECPM). Since 2016, she has been a foreign correspondent for bTV's European institutions.
