Desislava Mincheva graduated in French Philology from the Sofia University “Kliment Ohridski” and acting from the Theater Department of the New Bulgarian University. She was program director and presenter at Radio France International - Bulgaria. In France, she was the communications director of the French Association of Victims of Terrorism (AfVT) and of the world's leading association against the death penalty, Together Against the Death Penalty (ECPM). Since 2016 he has been a correspondent for the European institutions of bTV.
What is important to know about teamwork with people of different nationalities and different cultures? How to adapt and how to turn our identity into a quality for the whole team?
Desislava Mincheva suggests that we dedicate at least half of this session to answering the questions of the participants and to playing out possible working situations in international teams.
