About Tsvetelina

Tsvetelina met meditation more than 10 years ago on her first trip around India. She goes through different schools in search of the most appropriate approach for her personal needs. He gradually deepened his yoga practice and quite naturally became certified as a yoga and meditation teacher. Her adventurous spirit takes her to a small island in Thailand, where she meets her long-sought teacher who not only teaches but also lives the ancient teachings of yoga in an authentic and contemporary way. This meeting, the knowledge transmitted, personal practice and awareness of its benefits are key to her subsequent decision that she should share what she has learned. At the moment, her focus in life is yoga and meditation — she organizes online meditation courses, teaches yoga, works individually. However, she has a diverse background in the corporate world, has completed several degrees, including a master's degree in psychology, speaks 4 languages, has experience in the field of healthy eating and lifestyle, all of which help her approach her work with people with integrity and understanding of the overall needs of her clients.

Meditation as part of the daily life of modern man

What is yoga? What is meditation? Does this ancient teaching have practical application today? Unquestionably yes! Do we need him? More than ever! If you feel trapped in your own mind, if you are aware of automatic patterns of behavior and reactions but find it difficult to break free of them, if you are stressed or anxious, overemotional or tend to suppress your emotions, if you have difficulty focusing or lack self-discipline, then meditation is right for you. It is the simplest solution to many of our psycho-emotional problems — it teaches us how to make conscious healthy choices and live freely. In Tsvetelina's session, you will learn and practice ancient yogic breathing practice, methods of turning your attention inward and focusing the mind, all with the aim of reaching a state of meditation.
