At Yettel Bulgaria, Bogdan is responsible for strategic planning, architecture and implementation of innovations such as 5G, MultiSIM, VoLTE. Also, in the last 6 years he has led strategic reorganization programs with a change in the operating model of work at the company level - roles, people, processes and systems.
How important is the organizational culture, values and way of working for each of us? What happens in a work plan and what do we do when we have a discrepancy between stated values and their real following?
