Madlena Vladimirova is a member of the Board of the Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group and Director “Markets” of Green Business Norway - a private independent organization of the Norwegian CleanTech industry, as well as the coordinator of the CESME project - Circular Economy for Small and Medium Enterprises. She is a business development manager of projects in the field of green technologies and circular economy related to foreign direct investment and transfer of technological know-how from Scandinavia. He has experience in developing concepts of waste management as an integral part of the principles underlying the circular economy.
