The index gathers the results of employers based on their Bulgarian and international honorities* obtained in the last 3 years.

Methodology: The sum of points is based on the prizes received in the aforementioned contests.
Winners of the Career Show Awards 2021: for 1st place — 200 points, for 2nd place — 175 points and for 3rd place 150 points for each prize. Winners of the Career Show Awards 2020: for 1st place — 150 points, for 2nd place — 100 points, for 3rd place — 75 points for each prize. Winners of the Career Show Awards 2019: for 1st place — 100 points, for 2nd place — 75 points, for 3rd place — 50 points for each prize. Winners of the Forbes Business Awards 2022 and Top Employer Institute competitions: 100 points for each prize.
