General Terms and Conditions for participating companies

General Terms

These general Terms and Conditions shall govern the contractual obligations of Weemss Ltd on one side, and on the other side companies participating in an event under “The Career Show” brand. Please, take the time to read these Terms and Conditions before making your registration as a participating company.

In these Terms and Conditions, the general terms used shall have the following definitions:
Event: any event organized under “The Career Show” brand
Organizer: Weemss Ltd
Participating company: Any individual or legal entity, that has registered for the Event as a participating company by filling in the registration form available on the Website.
Website: the Event’s official website where participating companies can register online for the Event, as well as find official information about the Event.

REGISTRATION FEE

All registration fees are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN) and VAT is automatically added to the amount upon reaching the final step of the checkout process. Upon successful registration, the Participating company is sent a confirmation email that includes information about their payment.

A registration is considered valid only after it is fully paid within the required time period, as indicated within the confirmation email.

COPYRIGHTS

All copyrights and other rights on the materials provided for the event are property of the Organizer or the owners of the respective copyrights. Every participating company has the right to use these materials only for their own purpose. Copying and distributing these materials is only allowed with the Organizer’s express permission or the express permission from the owner of the respective copyrights.

INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE

If the Participating company is unable to participate, the Organizer doesn’t commit to refund.

POSTPONING OR CANCELING THE EVENT

The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Event should the situation demand for such a postponement or cancellation. In such cases it is the Organizer’s obligation to pick the next date for the event or to provide information about the next steps that need to be taken by the Participating company. In the case of contract termination for any other reasons, the Organizer is not to be held responsible for any loss of revenue or damages for the Participating company or any third parties, that may have resulted from that contract termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be liable to refund a Participating company in the case of a Force Majeure event like earthquake, natural disaster, war, threat of a terrorist act, and other events outside of the Organizer’s control, which prevent the Event from happening.

The Organizer shall not be liable about any damage or pain to humans or personal belongings at or during the Event.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect or future losses that may result from the Participating company’s participation in the event.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of participants.

CHANGES

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, and inform of any such changes on the Website.
